AMS Music – Recording Studio

Our Recording Studio is available 7 days a week 24 hours a day. It was designed and built from the ground up on floating floors for maximum soundproofing. It is acoustically perfect and fully air conditioned for comfort.

We have several engineers/producers on hand and they all play a variety of instruments. They’re friendly, easy to work with, and will happily advise or help you all the way down the line until you reach your finished master.

We are currently running a 192-track system although most use up to 32. The system has fully automated volume, pan, eq, effects in fact I can't think of anything that isn't automated! This also means that everything has total recall. So if you work on a track and then leave it for six months, when you go back to it we press one button and the mix is exactly where you left it six months earlier. We also have a whole list of industry standard outboard gear available. Here are a few of the extras should you require them.

Drums: Yamaha 9000 recording series. 7 drums with full range of paiste signature cymbals. Roland td 10 electric kit with expanded brain and cymbals (wild!).

Guitars: Ovation, Takamine, Yamaha Classical, Yamaha 12-String, Yamaha Bass, Variaxe, Kramer etc.

Keyboards: Yamaha Piano, Roland JV2080, various samplers, D70, D50, Roland U110, D4, R8, RX7 etc

Amps: for guitar and bass as well as the pod pro and ADA Processors.

We also have a great selection of microphones and effects. If you need any more details feel free to give us a ring.

We understand that most of our customers prefer to use their own equipment as they have there own sound but should the need arise its nice to have the extra equipment available. As for those people that sit at home and write songs on a guitar with 2 strings missing, to have all this equipment available and musicians is a dream come true!

We also provide a red book standard duplication service and artwork design etc if required so you have the option of finishing the whole project under one roof!
